Sandra Baik studied architecture at University of Southern California and brings 20 years of design & construction administration experience. Since 2005, she
has been the principal architect and has worked on variety of projects ranging from residential, multi-family, commercial and institutional buildings. From 2009 to 2011, Ms. Baik served as the architect board member of the Pico Union HPOZ (Historic Preservation Overlay Zone) for the City of Los Angeles Planning Department. Prior to starting SANDRA J BAIK Architects Inc, she worked for Zimmer Gunsul Frasca Architects LLC and Cannon Design where she assisted in the construction administration of California Science Museum and was the project architect for Amgen 20 and Exposition Park Development.
